As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements. You will work closely with business units, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure that business objectives are met with innovative solutions. Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and document user requirements and business process improvements.
• Create detailed business analysis reports that highlight findings, insights, and recommended actions.
• Work with project managers to develop project plans that align with business goals.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for business processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• Assist in managing project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and business process improvement techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach.
