As a Banking Sales Executive specializing in personal loans, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide valuable financial solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, understand their financial needs, and offer them personal loan products that best suit their circumstances. You will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers to discuss personal loan options.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline through various sales strategies.
  • Present loan options clearly to clients, elucidating terms and conditions transparently.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan application processes.
  • Follow up with clients to provide excellent post-sale customer service support.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings in personal loans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policy requirements diligently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient loan disbursements.
  • Organize client onboarding sessions to ensure proper understanding of loan products.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, particularly personal loans, is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
