As an Associate in Fleet Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our vehicle fleet. Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on fleet productivity, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Participate in route planning and scheduling to enhance logistical efficiencies.
• Assist in managing fleet budgets, focusing on cost control and optimization.

• Support the onboarding and training of new drivers and fleet personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant IT tools.
• Knowledge of relevant transportation laws and regulations is beneficial.
