We are currently looking to hire an exceptional Total Rewards Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the design and implementation of a competitive Total Rewards strategy that will help us to attract top talent, foster engagement, and drive business success. This role will ensure legal compliance, cost effectiveness and that total rewards programs support key business initiatives while enabling us to drive a high-performance culture.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Define effective strategic communication of Total Rewards, build an ongoing communication strategy via different employee segments of the Total Rewards journey, and employee life cycle creating a high level of appreciation for the rewards received.
  • Flawless execution of annual Total Rewards processes. Partners with regional Total Rewards CoC in implementation of the annual processes (Budget Request, Review of ABS, Reference Salary, STB, LTI)
  • Embed a Pay for Performance culture through differentiated rewards and coaching line managers on effective use of base salary and variable pay schemes (STB, Sales Incentives, Spot Bonus).
  • Job Analysis and Job Evaluation - Advise line managers and employees on questions about job grading. Identify where positions need their grading to be revisited and provides inputs to regional Total Rewards.
  • Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures - Escalates local concerns over competitiveness to regional Total Rewards CoC. Supports the regional Total Rewards CoC with the coordination of job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data. Reviews market analysis and propose pay structure from CoC team and feeds back any issues/concerns before pay structures put into place
  • Design cost efficient Benefits program in line with Corporate and CoC guidance.
  • Support Markets/clusters in effectively tracking the costs of Total Rewards per employee. Definition and Tracking of Leading and Lagging Strategic KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Business to use in problem solving and decision-making.
  • Define Strategic Recognition Programs to support the roll out of NCE, define and implement a strategic and coherent recognition program for the Market as part of the Total Rewards strategy.

What Will Make You Successful…

  • Knowledge of the region and its dynamics is must
  • Proven experience on reward and benefit frameworks, job architecture, and dynamic compensation benchmarking withing the region.
  • Strong analytical skills, backed by experience designing relevant total reward programs, using evaluation methods like Willis Towers Watson and Mercer.
  • Business and financial acumen, experience in Employee cost management / budgeting
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in total rewards leadership roles within global, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated project management skills and a track record of bringing complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
  • University Degree level education or equivalent.
