About The AD - Sales Role
We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales activities for our Skilling platforms in Middle East, covering enterprise accounts business development and channel partner development ensuring the company’s annual sales targets for the country are met
Lead business development by generating leads through self-generated leads and working closely with our demand generation teams
Identifying and building close relationships with HR technology and consulting firms providing solutions and services to companies in UAE & neighboring countries
Individual should have strong capabilities to conduct all online / in-person solution demonstrations and carry our presentations to prospective leads with an aim to explain the complete solution offering
Use existing relationships to grow business with new clients and do account management with current client accounts to cross sell other Disprz services
Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients
Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently
Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities
Work closely with internal teams of Disprz to prompt timely collection of receivables from our customers
Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events
Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc (if required)
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle
Build the Disprz brand in the given markets with high level representations in all given activities
Working closely with the SDR’s to set up calls with the prospective customers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
Bachelors business administration/MBA in sales or marketing
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
Formal Knowledge of learning design and science, digital content development, and learning technologies and tools will be a plus.
Proven 5+ years experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales role
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Prior experience in solution & relationship based selling
Must have sales experience in SaaS space , preferably HR Tech
Abilities & Traits
Maintain timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, account plans, and territory management activities
Ability to work on stretch goals and highly demanding targets
Energetic team player, driven and self-motivated
Self-starter with the ability to work with limited input
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
Good business sense and excellent consultative sales skills
Should be a go-getter and good in creating self pipeline generation
