Job Description
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data exploration to production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered features.
- Build scalable ML pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
- Optimise model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across multiple use cases.
- Ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and retraining for production-grade AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen the groups digital agenda.
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven ability to bring models into production.
- Experience working on AI applications in one or more of: retail, logistics, finance, or real estate.
- Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of APIs, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exciting technical AI role at the heart of a diversified holding groups digital transformation.
- Exposure to cross-industry AI challenges and opportunities.
