Scorp Inc. is an innovative technology company with offices in Istanbul and San Francisco. Founded in 2014, we initially launched the Scorp app but have since shifted our focus to developing mobile applications centered around social media and live streaming. Our apps are active in 182 countries, with one app reaching 600,000 daily active users and another engaging 400,000. In 2023 alone, we gained over 150 million new registered users, supporting more than 25 languages.

We are looking for an Agency Manager to join our dynamic team to oversee our agency partnerships and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Comprehensive relocation assistance is offered for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals and campaign objectives.
• Track agency performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across multiple channels (digital, social, influencer, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agency deliverables meet quality standards.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage contracts, budget and timelines effectively.
• Identify potential new agency partners to expand capabilities and coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing agency relationships or working in an agency setting specifically with live streaming or content platforms.
• Experience in Russian or Ukrainian markets (live streaming or content platforms) and proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Comfortable leading multiple campaigns simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with influencer, performance marketing, or media agencies is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must.
