An Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of any organization. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a detailed calendar of events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations accurately and timely.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference calls, including logistics.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure stock availability.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including bookings.
  • Support the management team with special projects and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.
