We're now looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Property Management Admin to join our growing team. If you're someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys working collaboratively across departments and thrives in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.


As a Property Management Admin, you’ll support our Property Managers in making sure everything runs smoothly for both landlords and tenants. You’ll handle contracts, coordinate maintenance, manage documentation and play a key role in day-to-day communication, all while helping to maintain the high standards we’re known for.


No two days are the same, but every task matters. From Ejari registrations to helping tenants report an issue, you’ll be the calm, capable link between our systems, our clients and our wider team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue tenancy and property management contracts.
  • Register Ejari and manage tenancy renewals.
  • Coordinate with tenants and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Update Reapit and GoYzer with accurate property and client information.
  • Handle tenant communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain organised digital records and manage filing.
  • Support the team with inspections, key handling and ad hoc admin tasks.


What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience (real estate in Dubai is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator across phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset: someone who keeps things moving.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
