Job Description
Manage and maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation.
Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain an organised filing system, both digital and physical, for project records.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for document control.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth work-flow processes.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
Monitor and update document templates and formats to ensure consistency.
The Successful Applicant
A background in administrative support or document control, preferably in the property industry.
Proficiency in document management software and tools.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as Dubai.
