Accounts Executive

Kids HQ is looking to hire Accounts Executive for its regional office in Sharjah, UAE

Position: Accounts Executive

Timings: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Salary: 3000AED

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management across multiple locations within various emirates.
• Utilize SAP B1 for managing inventory, including recording stock inwards, issuance, and generating closing stock reports.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Good issuance in SAP B1.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits for different entities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and implement internal control policies to optimize inventory management practices.
• Prepare and analyze inventory aging reports.
• Verify and reconcile SAP asset database with physical stock.
• Provide detailed analyses of consumption and closing stock as & when required by management.
