What You Will Do

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Manager to manage our Go-to-Market activities led by out of our headquarters in Germany in order to grow the Middle Eastern Market. This role is unique in its scope, encompassing Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. The primary focus, however, will be on driving user growth through sales activities. The ideal candidate will exhibit qualities of both acquiring and growing a book of customers, owning the entire sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the Middle Eastern territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
• Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct cold calls and reach out to new teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
• Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach, customized to the individual customer.
• Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
• Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials (e.g. adjust email sequences and messaging).
• Localize and execute run marketing campaigns – with support from our central team.
• Enable post-deal product adoption (e.g. trainings) supported by a central enablement team
• Drive the client services function to monitor customer health, detect and prevent churn.

You will be great for this position if you have

• 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g. account mgmt., sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS / software or tech company – ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting.
• University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field.
• Local work experience in the Middle East with a successful track record in Account Management / Sales
• Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers
• order to penetrate further into the various departments of a customer.
• Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io).
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell’s product is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.
• Undertake product demonstrations to maximize adoption of our product, initially and throughout the customer journey as new releases of Think Cell are released.
• Creation of real world business cases showcasing the ROI that Think Cell can deliver to our customers.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai office (3 days a week).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic or any additional European language is a plus.
