About Our Client

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce company seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our hospitality and trade partnerships for Bloomist and Amenie.

In this role, you’ll manage key accounts across the hospitality sector—including hotels, resorts, and property management companies—while also overseeing our Trade and Wholesale Partners. Your mission: deepen client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure long-term satisfaction by delivering exceptional value through our thoughtfully designed, sustainable product offerings.

As a core member of our Revenue Team, you’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of high-potential accounts—proactively identifying growth opportunities, solving challenges, and optimizing the customer experience.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, loves building relationships, and is passionate about driving measurable results across the full customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hospitality accounts, trade, and wholesale partners.
  • Retention & Growth Increase sales and drive customer retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase AOV via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Performance Tracking Monitor account health, usage trends, and performance metrics; proactively recommend products and programs to optimize value.
  • Project Management Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, merchandising) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and campaigns.
  • Sales Collaboration Partner with other sales team members to support onboarding, renewals, and proposal development.
  • Customer Advocacy Capture and communicate customer feedback to help inform product and service improvements.
  • Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate account records and pipelines in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and report on account performance.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in eCommerce or B2B industries
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, increasing retention, and driving sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and typing skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Account Management best practices
  • Tech-savvy; able to multitask using tools like BigCommerce, Slack, HubSpot, Google Sheets, B2BNinja, etc.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
