Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. You will ensure our clients' needs are met promptly and effectively, nurturing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify new sales opportunities within our existing client base. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients remain satisfied with our products and services, and you will play a critical role in the continual development of our client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for client growth.
  • Communicate client demands and priorities to the project management team.
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs and business trends.
  • Ensure the delivery of superior client service for enhanced satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting on account status and client feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Prepare and forecast sales and revenue reports accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update client account information in the company’s database.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to effectively and proactively support clients.
  • Facilitate negotiations of contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex client data effectively.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business communication tools.
