Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in academic counseling or a similar educational role.
• Strong knowledge of academic processes, systems, and student management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse students.
