This Warehouse Manager position is a key role within SARA Group’s supply chain function, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and driving operational excellence across our logistics and distribution network.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations with efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and monitor warehouse operations to ensure costs remain within budget.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes and systems to maximize productivity.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring performance is aligned with business goals.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and yearly stock audits.
• Support the sales team by facilitating timely deliveries.
• Manage the in-house fleet and ensure optimal use of last-mile e-commerce delivery partners.
• Enforce health and safety standards in line with company policies and regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and resolve issues such as delays, discrepancies, or equipment failures.
• Participate in cross-functional logistics meetings, reviewing SLAs and performance metrics with the Logistics Manager.

What You Should Bring:

• Operational Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing warehouse operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with AX, WMS applications, and strong proficiency in MS Office.
• E-commerce & 3PL Knowledge: Experience in managing last-mile delivery partners and third-party logistics providers.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong skills in working across teams and departments, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor, evaluate, and improve KPIs and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• A bold, passionate, and collaborative mindset — someone who thinks outside the box and drives change.
