Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Video Editor at Weird In Wonderland. We are looking for someone who can turn raw footage into rhythm, silence into suspense, and stories into scroll-stoppers. All from wherever the Wi-Fi takes you!

Your day-to-day will involve editing for social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), enhancing visual storytelling through pacing and sound design, and collaborating with our creative team to deliver videos that demand attention.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years in video editing, preferably with agencies or brands.
• Tools: Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Skills: Strong in storytelling, pacing, sound design, colour grading, and editing for social media.
• Style: Cinematic, experimental, and able to deliver quick-turnaround edits that stand out.
• Bonus: AI-driven content editing and Arabic language skills.
