What You'll Be Doing

As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-impact social media advertisements that drive engagement and conversions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and producing compelling video and static ads for various social media platforms.
• Implementing platform-specific best practices and staying current with evolving advertising specifications
• Creating visual content that reinforces Puffy's brand identity while pushing creative boundaries to capture audience attention
• Collaborating with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into visually striking advertisements
• Analyzing performance metrics and user engagement data to continuously optimize ad creative
• Developing innovative concepts that differentiate Puffy from competitors in the mattress and sleep products industry
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines
• Establishing and maintaining a consistent visual language across all social media advertising efforts

Must-Have Skills

• Professional experience in social media ad design and production
• Proven expertise with industry-standard design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media ad campaigns
• Deep understanding of social media advertising formats, specifications, and best practices across major platforms
• Experience with A/B testing creative elements and implementing optimizations based on performance data
• Excellent eye for design with strong composition, typography, and color theory skills
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives
