We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Associate to join our sales team. As a Telesales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, pitching our products or services, and closing deals while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls each day.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information when requested.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales efficiently.
  • Track all sales activities using the company’s CRM software diligently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to best serve customer needs.
  • Develop and execute call scripts to improve sales conversion rates continuously.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and offer win-win solutions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and potential new products.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas consistently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools efficiently.
  • High school diploma required; further education in sales or business is a plus.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently and reliably.
