The Sales Development Manager plays a vital role in driving the growth of our brands through kiosks, pop-ups, and consignment partnerships. As a front-facing representative, you’ll be responsible for securing new retail opportunities, managing existing operations, and building strong relationships that maximize our market presence.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure new retail opportunities across kiosks, pop-ups, and consignment partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, mall management, facility operators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales, staffing, and customer experience.
  • Manage consignment accounts, including stock monitoring, replenishment, pricing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Negotiate and onboard new retail and consignment opportunities, ensuring favorable commercial terms.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently implemented.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize growth.
  • Deliver regular reporting on retail and consignment performance, including competitor activity.


What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail operations, kiosk/consignment management, or channel development.
  • Strong network within malls, retail facilities, or hospitality operators is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Presentable, highly communicative, and skilled in influencing decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple retail formats.
  • Experience in B2B or corporate sales is a strong advantage.
