Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection techniques.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an assertive demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
