Real Estate Administrator

The Tenancy and Move-In Coordinator will oversee both the tenancy renewal process and assist tenants with their move-in requirements. This role involves managing tenancy documentation, and providing support throughout the renewal and move-in processes. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate client files, coordinating lease renewals, managing documentation, and supporting tenants with registration and move-in procedures.
 

⁠Leasing Admin:
•⁠  ⁠Contact landlords and tenants before lease expiration to discuss renewal.
•⁠  ⁠Negotiate renewal terms (lease duration, rent, maintenance).
•⁠  ⁠Prepare and finalise renewal & new contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain regular updates with landlords and tenants.
•⁠  ⁠Validate and upload documentation into the system.
 

⁠Move-In Coordination:
•⁠  ⁠Assist tenants with Ejari registration, DEWA setup, and move-in permits.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with Ejari regulations. 
•⁠  ⁠Provide guidance and support throughout the move-in process.
