Job Title: Project Planner / Scheduler

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Planner / Scheduler to support project teams by developing, maintaining, and updating comprehensive project schedules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and will work closely with engineering, construction, and cost control teams to ensure project timelines are realistic, monitored, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Monitor project progress and regularly update plan-vs-actual performance.

• Assist with 4D/5D planning, ensuring alignment between time, cost, and scope in collaboration with the cost control team.

• Integrate and synchronize schedules into Jira, configuring task dependencies, milestones, and critical paths as needed.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely schedule updates.

• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a planner or scheduler in construction or engineering projects.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Jira.

• Solid understanding of planning principles, critical path analysis, and progress reporting.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in 4D/5D planning integration.

• Familiarity with BIM tools and cost control systems.
