Production Manager

A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Production Manager for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations ensuring all the SOPs are strictly adhered to in the warehouse operations.
• Implement lean six sigma techniques to minimise waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Oversee the preparation of technical documents.
• Manage relationships with business units and with external entities.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Provide warehouse performance reports.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience within the Pharma/Devices/ Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GDP and GMP in a Warehouse setting.
• Interpersonal, Planning, Leadership, Team Management, and Time Management skills.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
