Product Coordinator

Job Title:  Product Coordinator (Beauty products/Pharma/Sports Nutrition/Medical equipments)

Reports to :  Product Manager

Job Location:  Dubai.

Responsibilities:

•            Liaise with local and international suppliers for new product development, sampling, pricing, and production timelines.

•            Work closely with Category leads and assist in evaluation of manufacturer capabilities, negotiate.

•            Manage and track development timelines to ensure timely execution of each stage.

•            Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on product trends, consumer behavior

•            Monitor pricing of similar products across online and offline retail platforms

•            Coordinate with potential suppliers and partners during and after trade shows.

•            Organize sample collection, documentation, and internal reviews post-events.

•            Maintain detailed records including product specifications, cost sheets, regulatory documentation, and artwork approvals.

•            Work closely with internal teams including Purchase, Finance, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Marketing to facilitate smooth project execution.

•            Coordinate with the marketing team to develop launch timelines, campaign briefs, and product training materials.

•            Provide input on go-to-market strategies based on market research and customer insights.

Required Qualifications:

•            Bachelor’s degree in Science, Microbiology, Business etc.

•            Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

•            Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

•            Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
