We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our Dubai team, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, transportation, and supply chain processes to meet client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including shipping, transportation, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipments, track orders, and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics documents.
• Optimize routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
