We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and streamline the movement of goods across the UAE and GCC. In this role, you’ll manage the entire logistics cycle — from arranging bookings and handling customs clearance to ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency. You’ll collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and external partners to make sure every shipment arrives as planned, while keeping compliance and optimization at the heart of your wor

cy.Manage customs clearance procedures, apply accurate HS codes, and ensure full compliance with UAE and GCC regulatio

ns.Track ETD/ETA, update stakeholders, and proactively resolve any delays or disruptio

ns.Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, etc.) and keep accurate shipment and delivery recor

ds.Partner with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth flow of goods from suppliers to end custome

rs.Manage claims related to damages, shortages, or delays with suppliers, insurers, or forwarde

rs.Support cost control and continuously look for opportunities to reduce freight and logistics expens

What You’ll Br

ing:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fi

eld.2–4 years of experience coordinating logistics in the UAE/GCC, with a strong grasp of customs procedures, HS codes, and import/export documentat

ion.Hands-on experience with local deliveries and intercompany shipments to KSA, Kuwait, and Qa

tar.Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs laws, and international shipping practi

ces.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) to track, analyze, and report efficien

tly.Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under press

ure.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal te

ams.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advant

age.
