As we scale, subscriptions are at the heart of our growth story — offering customers flexibility, reliability, and value. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to head business development for the Subscriptions vertical.

What youll do: 

Daily Chauferly Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless trip execution and service quality. 

Trip Management:

• Assign and monitor both B2C and B2B trips; ensure completion within SOP timelines and maintain service commitments to B2B clients and end-users. 

Driver Shift Management: 

• Ensure chauffeurs start shifts on time. 
• Ensure chauffeurs check in with floaters after trip completion. 

Operational Efficiency: 

• Minimize chauffeur waiting time for floaters. 
• Maintain 0% idle chauffeur status. 
• Optimize floater routes in line with system allocation. 

Issue Reporting & Compliance: 

• Report operational and technical issues affecting drivers/floaters. 
• Ensure full compliance with B2B customer SOPs and company guidelines.

What are we looking for:

• Prior experience handling drivers and shift operations.
• Good knowledge of Dubai road network (Sharjah/Abu Dhabi knowledge is an advantage). 
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage time-sensitive operations with high attention to detail.
• With a UAE Driving License.
