Job Purpose:

This role will implement the leasing strategy to secure prime locations, maximize revenue, ensure best practices, and manage key tenant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain contact with key landlords and developers in the local market.
• Conduct market research on real estate, including rental prices in the UAE.
• Propose potential locations aligning with company objectives.
• Arrange approvals and administrative work for units
• Ensure lease agreements and licenses are up to date, updating reports regularly
• Coordinate with property legal manager and other departments for lease compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in retail leasing in the UAE
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation and procedure.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience using, managing, and maintaining an acquisition/real estate database
• Government relations experience.
