IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Provide training and support to end-users of the new applications and systems implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a business analysis role or similar field.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and requirement documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is highly valued.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously with precision.
