✔ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
✔ Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles

✔ Oversee Compensation & Benefits Programs (including Visa Processing)
✔ Manage employee relations and ensure UAE labor law compliance
✔ Drive learning & development initiatives
✔ Implement HR tech solutions to streamline processes
✔ Build employer branding and talent retention strategies
✅ Requirements
▪️ Education: Bachelor's in HR/Business (Master's/MBA preferred)
▪️ Certification: CIPD/SHRM certification highly valued
