Food Runner

We are seeking a fast, organized, and energetic Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables quickly and accurately. This role ensures smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables in a timely and safe manner.
• Ensure dishes are complete, properly plated, and meet the restaurant’s quality standards before serving.
• Communicate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure accurate and efficient order flow.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food delivery and service areas.
• Support the waitstaff and kitchen team during busy shifts.
  
  

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
