Job Description

  • Lead and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and e-commerce.
  • Oversee digital platforms including website UX/content, analytics tools, and CRM systems to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage content planning, social campaigns, influencer marketing, and email marketing to strengthen brand presence.
  • Track, analyse, and report digital performance metrics, providing insights and optimisation recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM strategy, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading digital teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative, analytical, and commercially driven, with the ability to deliver impactful digital campaigns aligned to business goals.
