Sr Sales Executive HORECA

We’re recruiting a Senior Sales Executive (HORECA) to join a bakery products manufacturer in Dubai, UAE.

Our valued client is a renowned wholesale bakery solution manufacturer based in Dubai, delivering high-quality ingredients, premixes, and customized baking solutions to commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food service providers across the region. With a strong focus on innovation, consistency, and food safety, they support their customers with scalable bakery products tailored to meet diverse market demands — from artisanal breads to industrial-scale baking.

Objective
To focus on driving new business and achieving sales revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to expand the customer base
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and support for product development needs
  
• Collaborate with customers on new product development
  
• Review customer order volumes
  
• Conduct tailored presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations
  
• Negotiate pricing, cost structures, and product mix
  
• Address and resolve customer complaints
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  
• 4–6 years of experience in the HORECA sector in the UAE
  
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, and French is essential for this position
