Role Purpose

The Content Creator plays a pivotal role in producing engaging video and visual content that elevates the Wolfi’s brand across its platforms and business units including Retail, Racing Team, Academy, and Community Initiatives. From storytelling and campaign coverage to short form and in store video content, this role ensures visual consistency and creativity that aligns with the Marketing strategy. The role works cross functionally with the Social Media, Events, and Retail teams to create impactful, audience first content that supports both marketing and business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

Video & Photo Production


  • Capture high-quality videos and photos in-store, during events, and on-location.
  • Deliver content formats including product features, bike handovers, team highlights, and community recaps.
  • Edit videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and in-store displays.
  • Ensure content aligns with Wolfi’s visual identity and brand storytelling standards.

Short Form & Social First Content


  • Develop engaging short-form content with quick turnaround times.
  • Create Reels, Stories, and trending video formats to support social campaigns.
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform specific snippets in collaboration with the Social Media team.

Campaign & Brand Support


  • Produce visual content to support key campaigns such as Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on messaging and campaign storytelling.
  • Capture key moments during athlete partnerships, activations, and brand experiences.

 

Creative Direction & Planning


  • Contribute to brainstorming and pre-production planning.
  • Suggest creative concepts, shot lists, and storytelling angles.
  • Proactively pitch new ideas and innovative video formats.

Equipment & Asset Management


  • Maintain camera equipment and handle file management and backups.
  • Organize content libraries and label archives for internal sharing and external use.

Cross Functional Collaboration


  • Partner with Social Media, Sales, Events, and E-Commerce teams to align content delivery.
  • Capture in store content across all Wolfi’s locations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain.
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews of content and implement learnings.
  • Guide internal team members on basic video principles for user-generated content.
  • Coordinate asset delivery for newsletters, product pages, and other channels.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in videography and editing (freelance or in house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
  • Strong understanding of camera gear, lighting, and audio.
  • Ability to visually tell compelling stories with attention to detail.
  • Experience in lifestyle, sports, or cycling content is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and high growth environment.
  • Experience with AI tools would be advantageous. 
  • Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous.
  • A drivers license and car would be a plus.
