A leading British curriculum school in the UAE is seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our inclusive education team.
🌟 Role Summary
The SEN Teacher will support students with a range of learning difficulties and developmental needs through tailored interventions and collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
Provide differentiated instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings
Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to integrate inclusive practices
Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents
Contribute to building a whole-school culture of inclusion
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Special Education (or related field)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a SEN/LS teacher in a school setting
Strong knowledge of inclusive practices and learning support strategies
Experience with British curriculum is highly desirable
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Empathetic, patient, and proactive in supporting diverse learners
