Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (Internal Medicine) to join our team at SKMCA. In this role, you will work closely under the supervision and mentorship of our senior physicians and consultants, delivering high-quality patient care while continuing to grow in your professional journey.

Responsibilities

As part of our medical team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing safe, effective, and compassionate medical care to patients within your scope of practice.
• Taking thorough patient histories, conducting physical examinations, and discussing treatment plans with patients.
• Collaborating with specialists and senior physicians to develop diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Ensuring compliance with SKMCA policies, procedures, and the highest standards of patient care.
• Participating in on-call duties and providing medical coverage as assigned.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, coding, and reports in line with SKMCA and international standards.
• Actively engaging in continuous medical education, quality improvement initiatives, and research opportunities.
• Supporting departmental goals by working with the administrative team and contributing to policy development.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  
  

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Internal Medicine.
• Valid license to practice as a GP in the UAE.
