Job Description

A Telemarketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the sales of a company by making targeted sales calls to potential customers. This role involves communicating with clients over the phone to introduce, explain, and sell the company's products or services. Responsibilities

  • Attend training sessions to continue professional development and product education.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve communication scripts and sales techniques.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales activities effectively.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity to sales management on sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers effectively.
  • High level of motivation and ability to work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to track customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections proficiently.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
