Job Purpose

A leading organization is seeking a Support Specialist to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to thrive in the facilities management industry. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, receiving mentorship, training, and hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, with a focus on building a career and contributing to company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations, such as scheduling maintenance, coordinating third-party services, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including facility management software, asset management systems, and client service logs.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials related to facilities management.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in facilities management.
  • Work with a mentor to set and achieve personal and professional development goals, receiving regular feedback to track progress.
  • Perform assigned tasks across different departments to gain exposure to all business activities of the company.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities management, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
