Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development to stay informed on the latest research.
• Offer guidance and support to caregivers and other healthcare personnel.
• Organize and lead communication workshops and group therapy sessions.
• Advocate for patient needs and promote awareness of communication disorders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid license to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist in the region.
• Proven experience working with clients dealing with various communication issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and families.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with exceptional organizational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred for handling emergencies effectively.
