Quality Controller (225-722)

A Quality Controller is a crucial role within any manufacturing or production environment, responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Responsibilities

• Identify product defects and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends or issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve production processes for quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Develop and review quality documentation, including procedures, test results, and reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff in quality control techniques and safety standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and material assessments to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Assess customer feedback and implement measures to improve product satisfaction.
• Organize and lead quality meetings to address and resolve quality issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality control or assurance role.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software applications.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications with reliability.
