The Specification Executive position sits at the heart of our project and specification efforts. As a front-facing brand ambassador, you’ll be responsible for creating strong relationships in the design and construction world—ensuring our products are specified with confidence across leading regional projects.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers to promote and specify SARA Group’s product portfolio
• Conduct client presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and site visits
• Develop strong professional relationships to generate leads and uncover project opportunities
• Work closely with the internal Technical Designer to prepare customized specification packages and proposals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitor activities
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions
• Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and client experience

What You Should Bring

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE driving license and own car
• Background in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus
• Prior experience in specifications, especially in sanitary ware or related industries, is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with Adobe tools like Photoshop and Acrobat is an advantage
