The Social Media Specialist position is a critical role focused on developing and implementing compelling social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with designers or content creators to ensure high-quality content production.
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends and campaign performance.
  • Assist in generating leads and increasing traffic to company’s website through social media.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize spend based on performance outcomes.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase web and social media traffic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset are necessary attributes for success.
