About The Role

Are you passionate about hands-on engineering and subsystem testing? As a Senior Technician (Mechatronics), you’ll play a critical role supporting the development and manufacturing of test hardware and subsystems within our HALCON Systems team. Your technical expertise will drive quality and innovation from integration through production.

What You’ll Do

• Support development and manufacture of test hardware and subsystem components as part of an integration and test team
• Assist in hardware and software development tasks related to subsystem testing
• Provide expert technical support during subsystem integration and development tests
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in production, manufacturing processes, and test equipment
• Gain and share product knowledge to support production testing and test equipment maintenance
• Create detailed technical documentation for test equipment and interfaces
• Mentor and support junior technicians in manufacturing and test equipment activities
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 8 years (with a Technical Diploma), preferably in aerospace or related industries
• Qualifications: Technical or Engineering diploma (electronics or aerospace engineering preferred)
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of subsystem testing and test equipment
• Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor junior staff
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Lean principles and commercial awareness
• Language: Fluent in English
