Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the crafting of effective sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment processes, and drive our efforts to attract top-tier talent across various departments. Your primary duties will include consulting with hiring managers to determine their talent needs, developing innovative sourcing solutions to meet those needs, and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. You are expected to possess a sharp eye for talent as well as an in-depth understanding of industry trends to enhance our recruitment functions. Whether it's through direct engagement or leveraging talent acquisition tools, your goal will be to cultivate a robust talent pipeline that aligns with the strategic objectives and culture of the company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to company objectives.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Cultivate and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Implement and utilize recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process efficiency.
  • Create and maintain a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to assess qualifications of candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and gather feedback post-interview.
  • Provide insightful market trends analyses and reports to improve acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to match candidate profiles with organizational goals.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to attract and engage potential candidates effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or similar HR roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment projects and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is essential.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruiting.
