The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the strategic objectives of the organization.   • Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation and detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for future improvement and drive process development.
  • Facilitate team meetings to ensure open communication lines and address any project-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards throughout the project cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management in relevant industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects across diverse settings.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project or Trello.
  • Possession of relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
