Product Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Product Solutions Engineer to help solve customer issues and drive partner integrations in our banking ecosystem. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

What you will do

-Take ownership of issues end-to-end to ensure every customer is unblocked

-Solve day-to-day issues across customer onboarding, KYC, payments, and related domains

-Work closely with internal product, engineering & operations teams to drive problem resolution

-Support and evolve external integrations with banking & fintech partners

-Build and improve internal tools, scripts, and diagnostics to enhance support

-Proactively identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions

You should apply if you

-Have 2 to 4 years of experience in a technical or semi-technical role in banking, fintech, or SaaS

-Are comfortable with reading/debugging REST APIs, logs, and production metrics

-Know basic scripting (Python, Bash preferred)

-Can write queries and make sense of large data sets (SQL is a plus)

-Are curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments

-Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work across teams

This is a work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
