We design, manufacture, assemble and integrate components for gravity-release guided systems, missiles and loitering munitions.

Role Purpose:

The Senior PCB Engineer is responsible for the design, architecture, and validation of high-speed electronic systems for optical cameras. The position requires advanced expertise in PCB design, high-speed signal integrity, and power distribution, with leadership responsibilities for guiding teams and ensuring system-level reliability and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead PCB architecture, stack-up, and layout for high-speed optical camera electronics.
  • Define power distribution networks, signal integrity requirements, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Ensure manufacturability and reliability of PCB designs through DFM/DFT practices.
  • Oversee integration of sensors, FPGAs, processors, and high-speed data interfaces.
  • Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with FPGA, embedded, and mechanical teams for system integration.
  • Mentor engineers and establish best practices for PCB design workflows.

Software & Tools:

  • PCB CAD Tools: Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics, Cadence Allegro.
  • Signal Integrity & Power Analysis: HyperLynx, Keysight ADS, Ansys SIwave.
  • Verification Tools: MATLAB/Simulink, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers.
  • Project Tools: MS office, MS Project, Git.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in PCB electronics design, preferably in imaging or aerospace/defense systems.
  • Proven leadership in high-speed PCB system development.

As an Ideal Candidate we expect you to have:

  • Expert-level knowledge in high-speed PCB design and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and power distribution.
  • Proven ability to deliver PCB systems from concept to qualification.
  • Familiarity with sensor and FPGA integration for imaging applications.
