Job Description

The role of a Senior Design Manager is crucial in driving the creative vision and execution of design projects within an organization. This experienced professional possesses exceptional leadership skills, guiding teams of designers to produce innovative and high-quality design solutions. As a Senior Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure that design objectives align with business goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in design management or a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently and effectively.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
