Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering and expanding relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic account management. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of engagements to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives. Collaborating with internal teams, you will drive performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, contributing to the overall success of the company. This role requires a mix of analytical prowess, teamwork, and leadership skills to navigate complex client requirements and deliver high-value results. Being a representative of the company, you are expected to carry out your responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm to maintain and enhance the client's trust and partnership.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and align strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent client experiences and solutions.
  • Create and present detailed account performance reports to clients and management regularly.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain the highest standards of client service.
  • Offer strategic insights and market trends to guide clients in their business decisions.
  • Manage client expectations by leading regular status meetings and strategic sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure accounts are performing optimally.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account management staff and teams.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Work sustainably to expand your network and profile within the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or client services role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts successfully and efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work collaboratively within teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite applications.
